Follow the instructions below to troubleshoot:

REMOTE ACCESS

To enable remote access for new computers or pre-installation support, please follow the steps below:

STEP 1

Click the button below to download the Anydesk Remote Access file

STEP 2

Locate the downloaded file in your browser’s downloads folder (usually found at the top-right corner).

STEP 3

Read out your AnyDesk address to our support team over the phone. When prompted, click on “Allow Access” to enable remote assistance.
