Terms and Conditions:

  1. By confirming this order, you agree to a monthly software license and support fee of
    £50.00, plus an additional £10.00 per month for back-office/data/CD updates. This is
    per store license, and customers can have unlimited tills per store.
  2. The first month of installation is free. Billing will start from the second month
    onwards.
  3. A separate email will be sent to confirm your Direct Debit details for payment.
  4. Customers may purchase peripherals (like scanners and cash drawers)
    independently. For scanners, any make/model is supported; however, for printers,
    only Star TSP 100 thermal printers are compatible with our software.
  5. Warranty includes free next-day replacement if the machine cannot be fixed. The
    faulty machine must be returned to us at the customer’s cost in the original
    packaging to prevent further damage during shipment.
  6. A delivery fee of £15.00 will be charged on all orders.
